The IMA Group is hiring a Bilingual Medical Receptionist for our Hartsdale, NY exam center. You will manage front desk operations, greet patients, schedule appointments, and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for those attending evaluations.

This non-clinical role does not involve patient care, offers a predictable environment, and starts at $17/hour with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer contribution, PTO, holidays, and education support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role (medical setting a plus).
• Bilingual skills are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency with standard office technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and oversee check-in/check-out processes
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and daily front desk workflow
