Job summary

Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist for our Newbury Park location, with occasional coverage at Simi Valley. This role supports patient care by greeting patients, scheduling evaluations, and coordinating front-desk activities with care and professionalism.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, proficient with Microsoft Office, and familiar with a Practice Management System like Raintree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Experience with practice management systems and patient scheduling.
• Front office experience in a physical therapy office is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and maintains a welcoming relationship with patients and staff.
• Answers phones and greets patients professionally; returns voicemails the same day; maintains high call-answer rate.
• Adheres to HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Escalates patient issues to Clinical leadership and Front Office management as needed.
• Schedules initial evaluations and follow-up visits per plan of care.
