Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains is seeking a Medical Receptionist in Glenwood Springs, CO. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and handle payments while maintaining accurate records in a busy health center.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and is willing to obtain BLS within six weeks of hire. This on-site role offers strong benefits and a collaborative team environment under SEIU Local

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willing to obtain BLS certification within 6 weeks of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors while upholding security protocols.
• Verify insurance and collect estimates at check-in/out.
• Process payments and document patient payments and donations.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals.
• Assist with inventory and medication/supply processing.
• Act as a mandatory reporter and support follow-up outreach.
