Job summary

United Medical Imaging is seeking a Scheduler for our West Covina office to handle radiology scheduling, patient check-ins, and insurance verification. Bilingual English/Spanish required; candidate should be comfortable with back-office tasks and working under pressure.

Responsibilities include answering phones, entering patient data, and coordinating with the care team in a fast-paced imaging setting. This is a full-time role with a rotating Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in an office setting.
• Knowledge of medical records release/filing and scanning is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
