• Essential Functions - Serve as a mediator to enhance communication between staff and patients/family in medical care.
• Keep accurate documentation of interpretation encounters (location, duration, purpose).
• Provides coordination and staff training on telephone interpretation services.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and conduct interpretation in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with appointment reminders, rescheduling, or dispatching interpreters for assignments.
• Help LEP patients navigate the hospital and understand forms and departments.
