Allmed Staffing Inc. seeks a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for the public at the Center. This is a short-term contract position located in Bradenton, FL.

The role involves greeting members, registering new members, tracking attendance, and coordinating transportation. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of customer or clerical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer and/or clerical experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word.
• 2+ year call center phone experience or receptionist experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets members.
• Responsible for all reception duties including registering new members, tracking their attendance, plus coordinating Transportation.
• Assist with prepping, packaging, distribution of meals, and may be requested to make wellness calls to members to ensure their safety and well-being.
