MaxHealth is hiring a Front Office Representative in Tampa for full-time hours. You will handle check-in/check-out, scheduling, co-pays, and phone lines, delivering compassionate patient service in a fast-paced primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish and have past experience in a Primary Care clinic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Word, Outlook, and facility software systems; EMR/EHR experience preferred.

• Schedule appointments and collect co-payments.
