You will check patients in/out, collect payments, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check patients in and out
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Process new patient paperwork
• Update patient accounts and demographics
• Update and verify patient insurance information
• Obtain referrals as needed
• Collect copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and other patient balances
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Scan and upload documents
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the front office
• Work closely with our clinical team to provide a smooth patient experience
