Skin First Group in New York, NY seeks a Medical Scribe/Medical Front Desk Receptionist to support clinicians and ensure a positive, efficient patient visit. You will work alongside the provider performing routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Applicants should have healthcare administration experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable assisting with English-Spanish translation.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or related fields.
• Dermatology experience preferred; training provided on hiring.
• Experience in medical front desk/eligibility helpful.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff.
• Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms.
• Assist with translation between English and Spanish.
• Obtain and update patient histories and chief complaints.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Supply ordering and inventory management.
• Cross-train for front desk coverage when necessary.
