Job summary

Suncoast Research Associates in the Doral area seeks a full-time receptionist/front desk to support clinical trial operations. The role requires multitasking, a friendly demeanor, and excellent customer service.

Must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish with 2+ years of medical front desk experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Work 7 am–4 pm, Monday–Friday, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 2+ years of medical front desk experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone in a professional manner and screen calls.
• Enter patient data promptly and request stipend after visit.
• Enter patient data in CTMS and log follow-up visits.
• Coordinate and communicate next visits to staff and patients.
• Prepare patients' study schedules daily and distribute to staff.
• Call patients to confirm next day visits and special requests.
• Prepare transportation requests for drivers.
• Process incoming faxes and distribute accordingly.
• Maintain front desk inventory and organize space.
• Receive packages and notify relevant departments.
