Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant to join our primary care team in Oklahoma City. The MA will greet and room members, take vitals, collect medical histories, and assist clinicians during appointments to improve efficiency and patient experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year MA experience, bilingual proficiency, and EMR experience (EClinicalWorks preferred). OSHA insured and dedicated to compassionate care for older adults, with a focus on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bilingual capability required.
• Minimum 1 year in Medical Assistant role; phlebotomy 6+ months preferred.
• Graduation from MA program or equivalent training; EHR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Take patient intake, record vitals, medical history, and perform routine screenings.
• Interface with PCP and other clinicians to relay patient needs.
• Provide patient-centered care and manage after-visit follow-ups.
• Assist with dressing changes and basic first aid under supervision.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and proper documentation.
• Support health coaching and patient education.
