Responsibilities

• Greet and room ArchWell Health members and take vitals.
• Assess health conditions and perform routine diagnostic testing.
• Support the PCP and coordinate care with the team and other providers.
• Document health information accurately and maintain OSHA standards.
• Provide health coaching and follow up with patients, including calls.
