USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant for multiple NJ locations (Paramus, Passaic, Orange, Union City). The role involves assisting physicians, preparing patients, and maintaining efficient clinic flow with emphasis on patient experience. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with 1–2 years of clinical experience and CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.

Paid training provided. Locations include Paramus, Passaic, Orange, and Union City; schedule is full-time with at least one weekend

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the EMR/EHR.
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.
• Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.
