Job summary

USA Clinics Group is hiring a Medical Assistant for its NJ clinics. The role balances patient needs with efficient clinic workflow and provides support to physicians before, during, and after procedures to ensure an excellent patient experience.

Locations include Paramus, Passaic, Orange, and Union City. Requires 1–2 years of direct patient care, high school diploma, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Paid training and full-time hours are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program is preferred or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification.
• 1-2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or in a direct patient care role required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Document patient vital signs and histories in EMR/EHR.
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, vaccinations, and specimen collection.
• Accurately document interactions in EMR/EHR and maintain high patient service levels.
• Support patient care in various settings and leverage bilingual skills when applicable.
