Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain workflow across our network of outpatient clinics in Trenton, Marlton, and Philadelphia. You will support physicians with procedures, document in EMR/EHR, and ensure an excellent patient service experience.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of hands-on MA experience, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and completed MA training with CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• 1-2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role, required.
• Experience performing vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection, required.
• Completion of MA training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, required.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Document vital signs, medical histories, and clinical information in EMR/EHR.
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Document patient interactions and data in EMR/EHR systems accurately.
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing high patient volume in a fast-paced setting.
• Leverage EMR/EHR platforms like Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
