USA Clinics Group in New York seeks a Medical Assistant to balance patient care with efficient workflow and support physicians during procedures, ensuring an outstanding service experience for every patient.

This full-time role requires NR/M MA certification, 1–2 years of clinical experience, experience with vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, EMR/EHR tools (Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks), and bilingual Spanish/English skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role, required.
• Experience performing vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection, required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, required.

Responsabilités

• Greet, room, and assist patients on arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories in EMR/EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection within scope.
• Document patient interactions accurately in EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver exceptional patient service amid high patient volume.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks.
• Support patient care across physician offices, clinics, urgent care, and hospitals.
