Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians and patients across our outpatient clinics. You will greet patients, document histories, perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and other tasks within your training and certification scope.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience, with CMA/RMA/CCMA certifications preferred. Fluency in Spanish & English is a plus for patient interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience in a medical assistant or direct patient care role is required.
• Certification such as CMA/RMA/CCMA is preferred.
• Experience with vital signs, rooming patients, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Document patient histories, vital signs, and clinical data in EMR/EHR systems.
• Perform clinical tasks within scope of training (phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection).
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in EMR/EHR.
• Support physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced clinic.
• Utilize EMR platforms (Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks) for charting and orders.
• Communicate effectively with patients in English and Spanish when applicable.
