USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and support physicians across our outpatient clinics. You will greet patients, document vitals and histories, perform phlebotomy and EKGs, and help maintain an efficient workflow while delivering excellent service.

The role requires 1-2 years of hands-on clinical experience, completion of a MA training program, and CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet, room, and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming, positive experience.
• Obtain and document vital signs and medical history in EMR/EHR.
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Accurately document patient interactions in EMR/EHR and ensure smooth workflow.
• Support care with physicians in a fast-paced clinical setting and use bilingual skills when needed.
