Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support our clinical team across multiple locations, including Elmwood Park, Schaumburg, and Oak Brook. You will assist physicians during procedures, manage patient interactions, and help maintain a welcoming clinic environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of MA experience; bilingual English/Spanish is required to communicate with a diverse patient base. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
  • Prepare examination rooms and assist with medical procedures.
  • Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage patient records.
  • Maintain a clean, sterile and organized clinical environment.
  • Educate patients on medications and post-procedure care.
  • Support the medical team with additional tasks as required.

Position Summary

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team and ensuring a smooth workflow in our clinics. Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians during medical procedures, managing patient interactions, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients.

Position Details
  • Location: This position floats between our Elmwood Park, Schaumburg, and Oak Brook clinics.
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
  • Compensation: $21-$24hr based on experience and qualifications
  • Fluent in English & Spanish required
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a comfortable experience
  • Prepare examination rooms and assist with medical procedures as directed
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient records
  • Maintain a clean and organized medical environment, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and in working order
  • Educate patients on medication instructions and post-procedure care
  • Support the medical team with additional tasks as required
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • National MA certificate preferred
  • Fluent in English & Spanish required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
