USA Clinics Group in the United States is seeking a Medical Assistant to support our healthcare team across multiple clinic locations, including Skokie and nearby suburbs. You'll assist physicians, manage patient interactions, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, compensation $20–$24 per hour based on experience, and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• National MA certificate required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a comfortable experience.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist with medical procedures as directed.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient records.
• Maintain a clean and organized medical environment, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and in working order.
• Educate patients on medication instructions and post-procedure care.
• Support the medical team with additional tasks as required.

Position Summary

• Location: This position floats between our Skokie, Elmwood Park, Belmont, and Mundelein clinic locations.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• Compensation: $20-$24hr based on experience and qualifications
