Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required (verbal and written).
• High School Diploma required; associate degree desirable.
• Two years of health care, research, or complaint-resolution experience.
• Ability to read, interpret laws, rules, and regulations.
• Reliable internet and HIPAA compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of NET program and related contracts.
• Operate NET and EOTS helplines as primary or secondary.
• Resolve complaints through research, policy review, and follow-up.
• Document activities and maintain data for reporting.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and data security.
• Collaborate with staff to meet contract deliverables.
• Assist with data collection and QA processes.
