Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between AR Medicaid program components.
• Maintain knowledge of specialty area, policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer requests including research, referral, policy review and follow up.
• Communicate effectively with customers and recipients.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and statistics as directed.
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality protocols; adhere to AFMC quality standards.
• Support the organization’s mission, vision and values.
