Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Rep (Other) to join its healthcare support team in McAllen, TX. You will support Medicaid enrollment and education services, respond to inquiries, and guide clients through enrollment and plan options, keeping procedures up to date.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience, good typing (35 wpm) and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to enrollment services calls, providing responses to questions and mailing information in response to requests.
• Educates clients on managed care options and processes.
• Assesses clients' healthcare needs and assists in selecting appropriate health plans.
• Maintains updated knowledge of the Medicaid CHOICE Project and related procedures.
• Assists clients with enrollment and disenrollment in health plans, ensuring accuracy and completion of forms.
