The position emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to industry standards, with bilingual English/Spanish instruction and nationwide travel to Irby project locations.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive hands-on experience in transmission and distribution power line construction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required to train diverse crews.
• Ability to travel nationwide and train in classroom and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on field training across multiple utility construction disciplines, with emphasis on transmission and distribution power line construction and safe work practices.
• Provide training in both English and Spanish.
• Facilitate capability-based technical training clinics during live work based on observed crew needs.
• Provide hands-on coaching to crews, apprentices, supervisors, and field leadership to reinforce safety and technical competency.
• Evaluate field practices and provide coaching or corrective guidance as needed.
• Maintain training schedules, track completions, and report on leadership input.
