Job summary

CLUES is seeking a Marketing and Digital Content Coordinator in St. Paul, MN to support marketing and communications efforts. You will create content, design promotional materials, and execute social media campaigns across platforms to raise program participation and awareness of CLUES’ mission.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, and collaboration with the Marketing team. This temporary, full-time position offers a 2-month initial term with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, audiovisual communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in communications, outreach, or nonprofits.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications in English and Spanish.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, websites, and/or professional social media management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Graphic design and video editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Write marketing content for webpages, blogs, social posts, and campaigns.
• Publish email campaigns and newsletters with audience-specific voice.
• Maintain editorial calendar and repurpose content into social posts.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and analyze results.
• Create translated content for diverse audiences.
• Develop graphic and video assets to support campaigns.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors as needed.
