Job summary

CLUES is seeking a Small Business Program Navigator in Saint Paul, MN. You will provide bilingual coaching and technical assistance to Latine micro and small businesses, helping them access resources, certifications, and funding opportunities.

You will build relationships with community partners, coordinate workshops, and deliver practical guidance in English and Spanish, supporting entrepreneurs through every growth stage. This is a full‑time, non-exempt position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years in customer service; 1-2 years in a retail setting preferred.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and oral skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance and coaching to Latine small businesses.
• Assist with certifications, insurances, and compliance documents for MN state.
• Coordinate business courses, workshops, and financial literacy sessions.
• Build relationships with community organizations, financial institutions, and subject matter experts.
• Provide participant services including coaching and resource navigation.
