DUCTZ of Delchester is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to handle day-to-day marketing for our growing company. The role requires organization, creativity, and outgoing communication as you meet with vendors and clients.

You will create marketing materials using Canva, run email campaigns with Constant Contact, and manage social media across platforms in English and Spanish. Join our team to help keep branding consistent while supporting office projects.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Canva for marketing materials.
• Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing software.
• Comfortable managing social media accounts.

Responsibilities

• Create and update basic marketing materials using Canva.
• Create and send email campaigns using Constant Contact.
• Help create and schedule social media posts.
• Assist with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.
• Update customer and marketing contact lists.
• Help organize photos, videos, and other marketing content.
• Assist with flyers, promotions, email newsletters, and company announcements.
• Communicate in both English and Spanish when needed.
• Help keep branding and marketing consistent.
• Assist with other basic marketing and office projects.
• Attend networking events and visit our clients offices.
