Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing needs. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and outgoing, with experience using Canva and Constant Contact to create campaigns and materials.

You will schedule social media posts, update contact lists, and assist with flyers, newsletters, and announcements. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for vendor and client interactions, and you will attend events and visit client offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication with vendors and clients.
• Experience creating marketing materials in Canva.
• Experience sending email campaigns with Constant Contact or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple small projects concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Create and update basic marketing materials using Canva.
• Create and send email campaigns using Constant Contact.
• Help create and schedule social media posts.
• Assist with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.
• Update customer and marketing contact lists.
• Help organize photos, videos, and other marketing content.
• Assist with flyers, promotions, email newsletters, and company announcements.
• Communicate in both English and Spanish when needed.
• Help keep branding and marketing consistent.
• Attend networking events and visit clients' offices.
