Job summary

DUCTZ International is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing needs for our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and outgoing, as vendor and client meetings are a key part of the role.

You will use Canva to craft materials, send campaigns via Constant Contact, manage social posts, and help maintain branding across channels. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and experience with email marketing tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience with Canva and email marketing tools (Constant Contact or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and update basic marketing materials using Canva.
• Create and send email campaigns using Constant Contact.
• Help create and schedule social media posts.
• Assist with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other accounts.
• Update customer and marketing contact lists.
• Organize photos, videos, and other marketing content.
• Assist with flyers, newsletters, and company announcements.
• Communicate in English and Spanish when needed.
• Help keep branding and marketing consistent.
• Assist with other basic marketing and office projects.
• Attend networking events and visit client offices.
