Job summary

ductz-careers is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing initiatives and assist with vendor and client engagements. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and outgoing, with experience using Canva and email marketing tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.

You will collaborate on social media, email campaigns, and content creation, and operate in English and Spanish to support diverse audiences.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable using Canva.
• Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing software.
• Comfortable using social media.
• Good computer skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple small projects.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and update basic marketing materials using Canva.
• Create and send email campaigns using Constant Contact.
• Help create and schedule social media posts.
• Assist with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.
• Update customer and marketing contact lists.
• Help organize photos, videos, and other marketing content.
• Assist with flyers, promotions, email newsletters, and company announcements.
• Communicate in both English and Spanish when needed.
• Help keep our branding and marketing consistent.
• Assist with other basic marketing and office projects.
• Attend networking events and visit our clients offices.
