Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Charlotte, NC seeks a bilingual litigation attorney to manage a diverse caseload and appear in court for hearings and trials. You will conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with clients to build strong cases with a support staff.

Ideal candidates hold JD, licensure in NC and SC, and have 2–5 years of experience, with travel to NC/SC courts. Hybrid work options are available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• NC & SC Bar Licensure.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2-5 years of experience managing a large caseload preferred.
• Some litigation experience preferred but not required.
• Charlotte-based preferred with hybrid work options post-onboarding.
• Ability to travel frequently to courts across NC and SC.
