Job summary

BD is a global medical technology company seeking an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor in USA NJ - Delran. The role provides direct supervision of production personnel, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations with GMP, ISO 9000 and housekeeping standards.

You will train staff, coordinate with support departments, and drive Lean initiatives to optimize performance and reduce costs. Thorough knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, and ISO 9000 requirements.
• Teamwork oriented and good communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel and monitors production for safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Ensures training and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintains contact with support departments to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Documents performance and reports to management on area performance.
• Participates in Lean Manufacturing programs and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensures training and certification for employees in manufacturing procedures.
• Coordinates with ME and Mfg. to update procedures and documentation.
• Supports implementation of Lean strategies and process improvements.
