Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor at our USA NJ - Delran site to supervise production personnel, optimize resources, and enforce safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will lead training, track performance, and drive Lean initiatives to improve cost efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years in manufacturing, and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. On-site work with strong emphasis on GMP/ISO compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written and verbal communications.
• Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure training and regulatory/compliance adherence for staff.
• Coordinate with support departments to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Maintain records and report on area performance to management.
• Participate in Lean, CIP, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Evaluate performance and administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure training and certification of employees in manufacturing procedures.
