Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure team safety and quality, meet production goals, and solve problems on the shop floor.
• Ensure proper documentation for safety and quality requirements.
• Audit team performance and coordinate manufacturing activities.
• Teach, train, and coach team members to develop multi-functional employees.
• Schedule shift production/overtime and machine changeovers.
• Gather data, analyze MOS information, and prepare daily/weekly production reports.
• Maintain workplace organization and housekeeping.
