• Make day-to-day decisions affecting safety, quality, efficiency and people.
• Train, coach, appraise and motivate team leaders and members.
• Develop and sustain the 5S plan with management support.
• Investigate work-related accidents and report results.
• Coordinate with Quality to ensure consistent quality processes.
• Utilize resources to maximize value-added activities and customer satisfaction.
• Provide necessary tools and instructions to employees.
• Analyze data to manage operating performance and drive improvements.
• Lead projects promoting continuous improvement.
• Distribute work fairly and adhere to escalation procedures.
• Update production data and variances to target.
• Adhere to overtime planning and communication.
• Treat all team members with respect and dignity.
