Confidential Employer in Fife, WA, is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead manufacturing and cost accounting activities, including inventory, cost analysis, and close processes. You will prepare financial reports and partner with operations, production, and finance to drive accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing accounting, fluency in English and Mandarin, and hands-on inventory experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing cost accounting and inventory.

Responsibilities

Manage manufacturing and cost accounting activities, including inventory accounting and cost analysis.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
Analyze production costs, inventory movements, and manufacturing variances to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with operations, production, and finance teams to maintain accurate accounting records.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and accounting process improvements.
Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with relevant business stakeholders.
