Qualifications

• Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing KPIs.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QAD, Microsoft Dynamics, Plex, or similar).
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results and variance reports.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, labor efficiency, material consumption, and production overhead.
• Perform standard cost maintenance and cost roll-ups.
• Analyze inventory transactions, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Develop and maintain KPIs related to manufacturing performance.
• Analyze cost reduction opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Reconcile inventory, fixed assets, and general ledger accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.
• Prepare financial reports for plant management and corporate headquarters.
• Partner with Operations, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and HR departments to improve financial performance.
• Assist in capital expenditure (CAPEX) analysis and project tracking.
