TotalCare Walk-In Clinic Inc is offering a fully remote, full-time Customer Experience Specialist role. You will support patients of a global healthcare organization via phone, handling appointment scheduling, refills, and basic inquiries in Mandarin and English.

Ideal candidates have prior patient-support or call-center experience, a reliable home-office setup, and willingness to work the night shift aligned to Philippine time.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service, call center, or patient support is an advantage.
• Reliable home-office setup (stable internet, computer, headset).
• Willingness to work night shift (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine time)

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound phone support to patients, including: Appointment scheduling and follow-ups, Medication refill coordination, Basic inquiries regarding lab results and services.
• Handle an average of 80 calls per shift while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Document interactions clearly and comply with service and data standards.
• Collaborate with an international support team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
