Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- EPA certification required.
- HVAC certification required.
- 1–3 years in property maintenance or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair HVAC systems in residential units.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC units.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues.
- Ensure safety codes and regulations compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and address concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Perform additional general maintenance repairs as needed (carpentry, painting, trash outs).
