Job summary

Ambo Properties is seeking a Lead Maintenance to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems in residential buildings in Beaumont, TX. You’ll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, ensure safety compliance, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents and partners.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, EPA and HVAC certifications, 1–3 years of property maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Valid EPA Certification (required).
• Valid HVAC Certification (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and maintenance equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings or additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair HVAC systems in residential units.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Additional general maintenance repairs (carpentry, painting, trash outs, etc.).
