  • Finalize applicable DTA shipments promptly upon arrival at destination.

Solve problems and keep customers informed

  • Track dispatched shipments through arrival and delivery, confirming that cargo moves as booked.

  • Resolve airline offloads, flight cancellations, and delays, coordinating the next flight out (NFO) when needed.

  • Communicate shipment exceptions promptly and follow through until issues are resolved.

  • Coordinate customer‑authorized returns or disposal when shipments are canceled or partially shipped.

  • Record export expenses and shipment costs accurately to support operational and financial visibility.

Support the team

  • Assist drivers with loading, unloading, pickups, and deliveries, including driving when needed.

  • Support other operational activities as business needs arise.

What You Bring
