Randstad USA is seeking a Logistics and Shipping Coordinator to connect with top employers in the Miami area. We are looking for an organized professional with hands-on experience in domestic and international shipping, order tracking, and export documentation to support fast-moving operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or import/export coordination.
• Hands-on experience with import/export documentation and U.S. Customs export filings (AES).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Demonstrated capability in vendor relations, customer service, and daily task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Organize customer orders and prepare invoices, packing lists, and standard shipping documents.
• Export Filings: Submit AES Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings accurately to ensure full U.S. Customs compliance.
• Warehouse Scheduling: Plan and prioritize daily order pickups and shipments with the warehouse team.
• Vendor & Carrier Communication: Work directly with third-party vendors, carriers, and customers to manage special orders and coordinate shipments.
• Problem Solving: Resolve delivery delays, track shipments, and follow up with customers until issues are fully resolved.
• Cost Management: Review freight costs to help analyze shipping spend and identify savings.
• Account Support: Assist with customer credit limit checks and track payment statuses linked to outgoing shipments.
• Process Improvement: Document clear, step-by-step procedures for daily operations and assist with team training.
