Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to hourly workforce to execute daily tasks (loading/unloading, cross-docking, customer service).
• Supervise processes and scheduling; make corrective actions up to written warnings.
• Participate in hiring and occasional customer meetings as needed.
• Conduct team meetings and coach associates to meet productivity goals.
• Monitor attendance and performance; coach and develop staff for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
