Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to individual contributors and hourly workforce to ensure execution of daily tasks and activities.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading/unloading, dispatch and documentation control.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing changes to improve dispatch productivity and supervise training of new associates.
• Provide relief coverage for operational duties during absences and times of peak demand.
• Ensure compliance with site safety strategies and conduct safety observations.
• Understand customer goals and strive to meet or exceed them daily, supporting continuous improvement in operations.
