Job summary

55 Compass Connections is hiring compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team at our facility in (city, state). The organization provides emergency shelter and group home placement for children while pursuing family reunification. Hourly Rate: $22.08/hr. Language requirement: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 2-year Associate degree or two years of college coursework.
• Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention.
• One year of related experience required; two+ years preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to this position.
• Maintain contractor records and bookkeeping data.
• Supervise logistics staff at facilities.
• Generate weekly work order reports and track progress.
• Maintain filing and inventory records and purchase orders.
