• Minimum 1 year dispatch experience or related forwarding/ transportation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs and AS/400.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under stress and maintain accuracy and team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Improve driver productivity and satisfaction.
• Dispatch via verbal communication and computer systems.
• Review BOLs and relay driver-specific load instructions to customers, updating the system.
• Provide directions to MXC, brokers, and yards with load timing requirements.
• Coordinate next-day local deliveries by contacting Forwarder/consignee with ETA and instructions.
• Update and maintain forwarder profiles.
• Scan and file copies of Laredo PODs.
• Ensure Tulsa accounting has signed BOLs for Laredo deliveries.
• Maintain communication with NB Dispatcher to address imbalances.
• Report potential problems affecting service or profitability.
• Coordinate transfers for broker-reported loads ready for customs clearance.
• Manage local drivers’ time productively.
