• Ability to guide loan borrowers through the application process.
• Develop referral networks with local partners, businesses, bankers, and community residents.
• Gather required documents and prepare loan packages for review and approval.
• Provide technical assistance to borrowers throughout the loan relationship.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with clients to share resources and progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist, guide, and educate prospective loan borrowers as they journey through the loan application process.
• Develop a referral network with local partners, businesses, bankers, economic development districts, and residents to identify and support borrowers.
• Gather documents, prepare, analyze, and assess loan packages for review and approval.
• Provide technical assistance to borrowers at all stages of the loan relationship.
• Build relationships with clients and partners, keeping them informed and connected.
