Responsibilities

Process loan applications and assemble/verify loan documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and loan extensions/modifications.
Maintain accurate loan records and enter payments into the loan management system.
In the manager's absence, oversee office operations to maintain continuity.
