Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, presenting tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Show drive to achieve goals and contribute to team success.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products to ensure understanding.
