OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist for our on-site location in the United States. You will listen to customer needs and present tailored financing solutions, helping clients access affordable loans while meeting branch goals.

Responsibilities include managing the loan lifecycle, engaging customers through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems, and supporting collections with compliance. Strong communication and bilingual Spanish skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems).
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring understanding of loans, terms and options.
